Plague Of Murder where initially created in 2019 as a project by Nick Lountos and Panagiotis Nimvriotis.The sound of the early POM back in 2019 ,had influences from the early 90's sound of Katatonia,Anathema,Amorphis etc.In September of 2019 POM released their first single and video for "Shadow Of You" which gained positive reaction from the listeners and over 10.000 views in Youtube in just a couple of months.The band kept on ice until the summer of 2020 when Nodas Zaan - Guitars entered the band giving a fresh,more Sentenced-ish sound,along with Giannis Maglaras - Guitars and Christopher Lawless - Bass,the band released their second single and video for "Exhale" produced by Steve Lado and directed by Antonis Taniskidis.After the Corinavirus pandemic POM gathered in 2022 for the recordings of their first EP which changed the sound to a more aggressive but still melodic path.The band released their third video for "Blackstar" the summer of 2022 under the guidance of Paul Philippou as a director,and "Burn it to the ground" with Stelan Art(Stelios Tsimpidis) in 2023.In january of 2024 the talented Thales Kesisoglou gets behing the drumkit as the 6th person,and POM starts rehearsing.In May of 2024 Plague Of Murder released their EP "From ashes to embers" that contained 5 tracks (Blackstar,Burn it to the ground,The enemy inside,Modern Slavery,From ashes to Embers). https://plagueofmurder.com/
