Muudu

Muudu, also known as Martin Kuut, has carved his musical path with a rich history steeped in diverse influences. Born in Tartu, Estonia, Muudu found freedom in music – in the animated fusion of soundscapes and his father's curated classics, nurturing a passion for genres ranging from metal, old-school hip-hop to soulful melodies. With over 20 years of experience in various bands, coupled with a decade-long journey as a composer and DJ, Muudu's relocation to Berlin furthered his musical education at the Abbey Road Institute. It was here that he refined his signature style — an equilibrium where contrasting elements find unity and coherence. Working with artists like Ivan Dorn, Freestyle Man, MLiR, Erki Pärnoja, and Sander Mölder underscore his diverse musical collaborations. Since 2022, Muudu has been crafting his musical narrative with Moodmusic Records, finding his creative haven at Riverside Studios in Berlin, as a part of the BlackheadStudios family led by the house music mastermind, DJ, producer, and genius mastering engineer Klas "Sasse" Lindblad.
