2:00 pmI’d rather be fucked in the ass by Benjamin Netanyahu than ever watch this Dollar Tree production again. They have the fucking nerve to use generative AI and then ask the audience at the end of the film to donate to the movie with another pay it forward scam. “I didn’t wanna pay anyone to make these parts of the movie. Can I have some money?” This is the most AI I've ever seen in a movie. Here’s the website. Notice how it’s just a regular fundraiser website? The default donation is $120. Fuck off. I take genuine pride in knowing this movie didn’t get a penny from me. Not even at the box office. All the usual offenses in a shitty religious movie are here. Nothing new. It all looks cheap and disgusting. So gross that the best looking parts of it are the goddamn AI. This movie is so boring because it takes fucking forever for it to communicate the simplest pieces of information on screen. It’s so slow for no fucking reason. It has no business being this long. It has no business existing. Also, why Daniel? Dude has one of the most boring chapters in The Bible. The fiery furnace is not a good story. It’s boring as fuck. Job, David, and even Abraham all have far more interesting stories to tell than making a whole movie out of the fiery furnace. I thought this was some wanna be Kendrick Brothers movie at first going in. I didn’t know this was going to be an actual direct biblical adaptation set in 595 BC, so that was hell.If there’s such a thing as being racist to types of films then I am for faith based movies like this. Forget the word subhuman, these kinda films are sub-art. I legitimately don’t even see shit like this as real movies. I should stop adding these to my year rankings. Just go to the donation website and look at all the comments with the donations. Look at how much money they are getting from making this half assed piece of shit, saying “god bless” and asking for money. It’s not even opening Friday yet and this piece of ass has reached $29k of its $50k goal. $50k would change my life right now. No fucking wonder there are people who exploit religion for money. Apparently it’s so fucking easy. Don’t give this lazy bullshit scam your money. It’s not helping anyone but the pockets of these talentless hacks. I promise you nobody who can’t afford to see a movie right now needs to fucking see Daniel and the Fiery Furnace.
Ai religious slop. I was baffled by the amount of Ai in this and they didn’t even try for this one. Also I’m not quite sure if this was dubbed over or if the ADR for this was just that bad. All the dialogue lines never sounded like they were coming from the actual people themselves. Plus this serves as a perfect example of what terrible sound mixing sounds like. Movie is loud for no reason than to just be loud. Legit somebody needed to tell the sound guys to lower it a few notches. Some of the worse acting I’ve seen in a film this year too. Films like this are what’s killing the art of cinema. Keep the garbage ai slop away from movie theaters.
