Monsieur Zeraw

Monsieur Zeraw is a very popular artist, songwriter, lyricist and producer in the Greek music industry with many successes to his credit, countless concerts in front of thousands of people and appearances as a guest in the biggest TV shows of Greek television such as Xfactor, The Voice, Big Brother etc. His music career started with the hip-hop band Tang-Ram and released 1 EP and 2 albums creating hits such as "Kouna To", "Telia Gineka", "Oooo!" , "Parta" etc. Later on he became the founding member of the band Vegas that has come to be considered until today one of the top urban pop bands in Greece. They released 3 music albums of which 2 went gold, won many awards and made huge hits such as "Tous Ponaei", "Gia sena", "Fili", "Osa Eiha", "Pio Psila" and many more. Also Vegas are the only Greek artists so far who have won 2 MTV awards. They were created in 2009 and in the same year they were Rihanna's choice for the opening act at her concert in Athens. Monsieur Zeraw is still an active member of Vegas but currently releasing songs as a solo artist because he felt the need to show the world his dual cultural entity since he was born in Zimbabwe but raised in Greece. He calls himself an AfroGreek artist something which he projects in his songs by combining African and Greek music and various cultural elements.
