De West Coast Big Band, een semiprofessioneel jazzensemble, blinkt uit in dynamische bigband jazz. Ze wonnen drie keer de eerste prijs op het Internationaal Big Band Concours (2016, 2017, 2021) en traden op in topzalen zoals LantarenVenster, Bimhuis, Amare en TivoliVredenburg. De band werkte samen met jazzgrootheden als Benjamin Herman, Piet Noordijk, Ilja Reijngoud, Carlo de Wijs, Greetje Kauffeld en Denise Jannah. Ze zijn vaste gasten in de jaarlijkse Rijnmond Big Band Show en brachten zes studioalbums uit met een focus op Nederlandse componisten. Een inspirerende kracht in de Nederlandse jazzscene.
