Connect-R is one of the most influential Romanian artists known for blending hip-hop, R&B, trap, and pop into a vibrant, distinctive sound. Born Ștefan Relu Mihalache in Bucharest, he began his music career at just 15, quickly establishing himself as a rapper, singer, and producer. His solo career includes chart-topping hits like the timeless "Vara nu dorm," the energetic "Burning Love," and beloved collaborations such as "Rita" with Smiley and "Lasa-ma sa te..." with Raluka. Currently, Connect-R is engaged in a major collaborative project with Romanian music icons Smiley and Alex Velea. Their album is being unveiled track by track throughout the year, marking their exclusive focus for this period. With his dynamic style and charismatic presence, Connect-R continues to significantly shape Romania's music scene.
