Matt J Bishop
Matt J Bishop was born in Essex, England during the 1980s and first gained public attention in 2006 as the frontman of London based rock band Switches . He then formed the more electronic Flash Fiktion in 2009, but left in 2012 to focus on solo work. A three-year spell in isolation yielded Scorpio Loon , a project centred around deceased fictional character Larry Alvarez. In 2016 Bishop enjoyed a brief return to the stage with his psychedelic pop group The Lightning Year , before creating the animated children’s music channel Wonderpop in 2020.
