Tigercub return with their fourth studio album, Nets to Catch the Wind, out now. The English power trio, fronted by Jamie Hall, blend alternative rock, post-grunge, and towering maximalist production into something both punishing and melodic. Since breaking through with Abstract Figures in the Dark in 2016, they have carved out a distinct lane in modern British rock, hitting the UK Top 20 with As Blue as Indigo in 2021 and pushing into darker, heavier territory on Perfume of Decay in 2023, released via Loosegroove Records, the label founded by Pearl Jam’s Stone Gossard and Brad’s Regan Hagar. In 2025, they sharpened their sound with an industrial edge, setting the stage for Nets to Catch the Wind, their most expansive and ambitious work to date.
