Halberd play an infectious, genre-blending mix of Thrash, Death and Groove Metal - all perfectly crafted together with seriously heavy riffs, head-banging grooves and epic riffs thatjust get stuck in your head. Lyrically, Halberd weave a variety of fantastical tales, of war, politics and religion all thematically set in the medieval world, a harsh, foreboding land ruledby tyrants and savage warlords, with Halberd being the voice of peasant uprisings, the forgotten, unwashed masses and those who are unafraid to fight for themselves and their people.
