The Wandering Hearts achieved their second consecutive #1 on the UK’s official Americana charts as they built upon the breakthrough success of 2018’s Wild Silence debut with last summer’s self-titled second album. Arriving to a second wave of critical acclaim and again championed by Bob Harris at Radio 2, the album cemented the trio’s reputation as one of the leading lights of the British Folk/Americana scenes - as underlined by their nomination for UK Album of the Year at the UK Americana Awards 2022, alongside Yola, Ida Mae and The Staves. With breakout shows at SXSW 2023, a full summer tour with Jack Savoretti, prominence at Black Deer Festival, the band build on their pre-pandemic momentum. The band will make an appearance at AmericanaFest in Nashville in September 2023. Known for their world class three-part harmonies influenced by the likes of Simon & Garfunkel, Fleetwood Mac, The Milk Carton Kids, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young & First Aid Kit, the band released their third album 'Mother', on Chrysalis Records in March 2024. In July 2023 The Wandering Hearts recorded their take on the song 'Voices' included on 'The Endless Coloured Ways: The Songs of Nick Drake'. An authorised Nick Drake compliation featuring AURORA, Emeli Sandé, Feist, Bombay Bicycle Club and more.
