ILAISA is a singer/songwriter and worship leader whose music flows from a deep place of faith, vulnerability, and soul. With roots in Suriname and a home in the Netherlands, she blends gospel, pop, and R&B into honest songs that speak to the heart. As a graduate of Codarts Conservatory in Rotterdam, she crafts music that carries both technical strength and emotional depth. Her lyrics reflect a longing for truth, healing, and the presence of God—whether in the stillness of a worship moment or the rhythm of a soulful melody. ILAISA has led worship at events like EO BEAM, Presence Revival and ADEM Project, and is known for creating atmospheres where people can breathe, connect, and just be. Beyond the stage, she’s a passionate vocal coach and founder of Creatief Kompas, helping children & young adults find their voice.
