Raquel Kurpershoek

Raquel Kurpershoek Jaldón (1998, Amsterdam) is a multi-award-winning singer and composer raised between Spain and the Netherlands. Her love for music was nurtured by a family environment rich in art. Her Andalusian mother, a flamenco dance teacher, instilled in her a passion for rhythm, while her father, an art historian and traveler, introduced her to musical diversity. Raquel has earned multiple awards, including Category Best Music, Bianco D'aponte, and the International Jury Prize at Premio Andrea Parodi (Italy). She tours internationally, sharing her music with audiences around the world. Her projects are known for their cultural integration, social inclusion, and artistic innovation, always wrapped in warm music, sung straight from the heart. In recognition of her cultural impact, Raquel was awarded Spain’s prestigious National Culture Award in 2025.
