Mikey Stone

Mikey Stone is an indie pop singer-songwriter and producer from Austin, Texas. His sound blends heartbroken bedroom pop with the refined production stylings of modern indie pop, centered around dream-like, silky vocals and introspective storytelling. Stone writes from personal experience, often exploring themes of heartbreak, longing, and the future he hopes to build. What began as a way to process his own life gradually shaped into a signature style that feels both vulnerable and polished. Originally studying audio engineering and music production in Austin, Stone initially planned to work behind the scenes for other artists. Rediscovering his love for creating music, he shifted his focus toward becoming an artist himself — producing, writing, and crafting his projects independently from the ground up. His debut EP, “This Is Hard For Me,” releases January 9th, marking his first full introduction to the world as a self-produced artist. In addition to his work in music, Stone is also an advocate for ALS awareness and research funding. Diagnosed with ALS, he uses his platform to bring visibility to the rare disease community while continuing to build a career defined by creativity, resilience, and authentic expression.
