Hugo de Naranja is the alter ego of Amsterdam-based musician and Red Light Radio co-founder Hugo van Heijningen. His practice is characterized by collaboration. Recent music releases were together with Max Abysmal as Cawd Slaydaz. Previously he put out albums as vocalist for Malkovich, White Slice, Firestone & Stallion's Stud, and produced the Recreo Residencia Estudio LP in Santiago de Chile. John Grace is his first solo-EP. It’s physically available on flexidisc accompanied by a zine featuring contributions from over 30 artists. Each offers a personal interpretation of John Grace - a fictional character dreamed up by Hugo de Naranja.
