Kailua Moon
Kailua Moon is a Hawaii-based husband and wife musical duo formed in 2016 by California born singer-songwriter Nani, and Hawaii-raised slack key guitarist Danny Carvalho. Together, Kailua Moon has toured across the United States sharing Hawaiian music and culture. They continued to tour and perform in Waikiki, Hawaii's tourism hub until the 2020 pandemic forced all live music to shut down. Still driven to reach their fans, Kailua Moon took their act online and evolved their sound into a seamless blend of their Hawaiian roots music with Country, Rock and Americana. Their sophomore album You Are My Flower, to be released November 28 2021, showcases this bold new sound while paying homage to their full spectrum of influences.
