Alcedo folk band is a multi-ethnic music group, based in Greece. Focus on greek folk music they travel all over the world, enjoying and mixing medieval melodies, irish, sepharaditic, balkan songs, and other. They change the melodies, change the lyrics, they try to play with new arrangements. The unique set of the band includes a rare instrumentation with tuba, bassoon, flute, violin, guitar, and percussion.
