Alpha Cassiopeiae
Alpha Cassiopeiae is a French keyboard-drums duo crafting immersive instrumental music at the crossroads of contemporary jazz, electronic textures, and minimalist composition. Blending cinematic atmospheres with a strong sense of narrative, their sound draws inspiration from space travel and 1970s science fiction. Formed by Maxime Frain (drummer of Johnnie Carwash) and Nicolas Peiron, the duo creates live performances conceived as continuous, hypnotic journeys. They have performed as a support act for Tigran Hamasyan, GoGo Penguin, Chassol,… Following two EPs, Alpha Cassiopeiae will release their debut album Shadows in May 2026.
