Dirk Deafner (Real Name: Dustin Lewis), is a sonic explorer with an insatiable curiosity for various musical genres. His artistic journey has led him to craft unique soundscapes that traverse the realms of Deep House, NuDisco, and Downtempo, yet he refuses to be confined by any one category. Instead, Dirk Deafner (or 'DDeafner for short) seamlessly fuses elements from diverse genres to create his very own sonic tapestry. Currently based in Los Angeles, DDeafner is at the epicenter of one of the world's most dynamic music scenes. He is tirelessly working on a myriad of projects that showcase his dedication to his craft. When he's not in the studio crafting his next sonic masterpiece, you can find DDeafner gracing the decks at venues throughout Los Angeles. His DJ sets are a testament to his versatility, seamlessly blending his signature 'Hybrid House' style with the energy and vibe of the moment. You can currently catch DDeafner sharing his nighttime vibes on his mix show 'The Nightwave Special' on Data Transmission Radio, airing every 1st week of the month Saturday @ 6PM PT/9PM ET, and Sunday 2AM UK. He is also constantly working on a multitude of projects getting ready for release, managing his label 'Hybrid Way Music', and gigging throughout Los Angeles.
