San Francisco-based post-punk and mod-pop trio Neutrals perform at New River Studios. Originally formed by Allan McNaughton, Phil Lantz, and Phil Benson, the group released their debut album Kebab Disco in 2019 followed by several EPs exploring sharp, observational indie-pop styles. The current lineup features bassist/vocalist Lauren Matsui. They are joined by Marcel Wave, a project featuring members of Sauna Youth and Cold Pumas, whose sound captures the atmosphere of smoke-filled pubs and industrial decline. The lineup also includes Morreadoras and Benny Lager & The Tops.
