Having previously dedicated a critically acclaimed album (Drawn to All Things) to Joni Mitchell, Shaw brings a deep personal connection to this repertoire, filtering it through his own unmistakable interpretative style. He is joined by guitarist David Preston alongside his regular trio, for a set that moves between reinvention and homage, shaped for the intimacy and detail of Ronnie Scott’s.
