Petunia is a modern musical enigma, often described as a blend of Hank Williams, David Lynch, and Nick Cave. Growing up in rural Quebec and now based in Vancouver, he is a restless wanderer and musical historian who brings the past into the present with his unique style. His performances are infectious, with vocal ranges spanning from delicate to powerful, often within a single song. His repertoire includes hillbilly-flavored swing, ragtime, and rockabilly. Whether performing solo or with his band, The Vipers, Petunia is celebrated as a Canadian treasure and a one-of-a-kind talent.
