Raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, Walsh's musical identity was shaped by broadway productions, Ella Fitzgerald, and the jazz-pop stylings of Brazil '66. After moving West and earning a Master’s degree, she developed her sound through performances in clubs, light operas, and musicals.
