Earth and Bones Residency
Following their EU tour and second sold out release, Liran Donin and Idris Rahman celebrate their third limited release with a three-day residency. The duo creates unique musical worlds that blend Indian and North African inspired rhythms with ecstatic melodies. Their sound incorporates a wide palette of instrumentation including double and electric bass, bass clarinet, tenor sax, bamboo flutes, Tibetan singing bowls, percussion, voices, and electronics. This special residency features collaborations with several unique UK musical voices, prioritizing improvisation and experimentation. Each night begins with a duo set by Earth and Bones, followed by a second set involving guests in an improvised musical conversation. The series offers a deep exploration of sonic worlds and meditative, hypnotic connections.
