A renowned composer himself, Wrembel created the theme for Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris and performed at the 2012 Academy Awards. His weekly performances at Barbès showcase a style rooted in Gypsy Swing that incorporates influences from Pink Floyd, Ravel, and Middle Eastern music.
