Ray Sonder and Saxon Gable grew up on Australia’s east coast, surrounded by the sounds of Nirvana and The Beach Boys. After moving to Berlin separately in 2017 to explore subcultures and songwriting, the pair eventually met and married, spiritually united by their love for 1960s psychedelia and 1990s Grunge. Formed in 2023, Baby Smith delivers a live performance that ranges from raucous and groovy to mourning. Their music creates a raw, expanding galaxy exploring the depths of love and its demise.
