Schubertiade

This summer NECOLA held two week-long adult Chamber Music Workshops at Heart of LA, each with a BrandenBurgerQ in Atwater Village and a recital. For Schubertiade, musicians come together to share large ensemble pieces including Mozart's Don Giovanni Overture, Sibelius' Death of Melisande, Schubert's Octet for winds and strings, and two Schubert songs arranged for sinfonietta. NECOLA (Northeast Chamber Orchestra Los Angeles) is a nonprofit increasing access to chamber music and chamber orchestra for musicians and listeners of all backgrounds.
