This sound world of Bill’s two-stringed taishōgoto works beautifully with Evan Parker’s improvisatory saxophone conceptions. The performance creates a magic resonance and multi-directional spatial sonance. The evening also features performances by Portuguese vocalist Vera Morais, the trio of John Dikeman, Andy Moor, and John Brennan, and a duo set by Tashi Dorji and Frank Rosaly.
