An evening featuring Antonio Vivaldi's legendary cycle The Four Seasons, reimagined through the lens of minimalism and postmodernism by contemporary composer Max Richter. This unique interpretation, which topped classical charts in over 20 countries following its 2012 release, will be performed by the Mystery Ensemble in the atmospheric setting of Grote Kerk. Note that Max Richter himself does not perform in this concert; the program is a tribute to his recomposition and also includes his piece On the Nature of Daylight.
