Jake Shimabukuro

Jake Shimabukuro is a renowned ukulele player and composer from Honolulu, Hawaii. He first gained national attention in 1998 with the trio Pure Heart and later launched a highly successful solo career. In 2006, his virtuosic interpretation of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" became one of the first viral videos on YouTube, propelling him to international stardom. Since then, Shimabukuro has toured extensively and topped the Billboard World Music Albums chart.
