Dream Hospitality Group Presents Bloom Thursday @ Fleur Room The glass-encased lounge on Moxy Chelsea’s 35th floor has showstopping, 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, from the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building. The design by Rockwell Group adds a glamorous touch to the botanical theme with rich floral fabrics, a copper-clad bar, a water droplet chandelier, and a massive vintage disco ball that once graced the infamous LA club Vertigo. At the touch of a button, the glass walls of the lounge retract to create an alfresco sky veranda.
