Ihr roher und radikaler Approach von Softness gilt stets als Einladung zur Projektion, ihre facettenreiche Stimme ist mal warm, schmeichelnd und sanft und mal präzise und klar. Ihre träumerischen Indie-Pop-Songs erzählen ungeschönt ehrlich von Verlust von Weggefährt*innen, mentaler Gesundheit, Alltagsmagie, eigenen Abgründen und einer niemals enden wollenden Lust am Leben. SEASOUL wuchs in der schwäbischen Provinz auf und studierte Musikproduktion in Berlin. Zu ihren künstlerischen Einflüssen zählen Patti Smith, Florence Welch, SOKO und Aurora. Nach Kollaborationen mit Electronica-Produzenten wie Yannek Maunz veröffentlichte sie 2023 ihr erstes Album in Eigenregie, das breite mediale Aufmerksamkeit von radioeins bis Deutschlandfunk Kultur erhielt.
