Presented by Belongó, GRAMMY Award-winning pianist, composer, and bandleader Arturo O’Farrill leads the 18-piece Afro Latin Jazz Orchestra. Continuing their 29 year-long weekly NYC residency, the band performs a broad spectrum of repertoire from celebrated Latin classics to original compositions and contemporary works by some of the most impactful musicians in the city. Arturo O’Farrill is a Mexican American pianist and 6-time GRAMMY winner who bridges the gap between Latin rhythms, modern jazz, and contemporary composition. He has released nearly 25 albums and collaborated with icons such as Harry Belafonte, Tito Puente, and Wynton Marsalis.
