The last entry in the IMAX Documentary Showcase, and it’s a good one. It’s a colorful parade of the various undersea creatures that inhabit the coral reefs of Australasia. The giant IMAX screen and the 3D glasses are both put to great use here, creating dazzling and fascinating visuals of life in the water. Jim Carrey makes for an engaging narrator, and the husband-wife team of Erbe and Solomon provides catchy music. As always with nature documentaries, I could have done without the obligatory doom and gloom inserted into the narration, but that’s a relatively small part of an otherwise fun experience. A great way to bring the series to a close.
