In just three years of existence and a string of underground hits signed to Space Grapes, Chuwanaga, and finally their very first album due out on Favorite Recordings in June, JÉROBOAM is emerging as one of the most promising and essential soul-funk groups on the French and international scene. A true manifesto for dance and live music, the group breathes and sweats funk. With no fewer than 11 people on stage, JÉROBOAM is a groove steamroller that has already proven its worth in France and Europe under the name Echoes Of and for its active collaboration with the legendary Kyoto Jazz Massive. Their songs, pure boogie-funk anthems, make entire venues dance - from the Jazz Café to Ronnie Scott's, the New Morning to the Cully Jazz Festival and the Amsterdam Dance Event - and are played in clubs by a community of connoisseurs from around the world.
