Chairman Maf is a Sheffield (UK) based artist who has been producing soulful cinematic beats for over 20 years and built a solid reputation for his original sample based sound, earning praise from publications such as The Source who described him as "UK Hip Hop's quiet genius". "DEAD POET" is Chairman Maf's tenth full length album which marks a return to (mostly) instrumental beats after last years rap heavy 'The Pits'. Featuring his trademark sample heavy soundscape, now with an expanded sound palette featuring increased use of synths and keyboards to add depth. This is a soulful psychedelic journey into the world of instrumental hip hop from a very unique beat maker.
