YUJU is a South Korean solo artist who first rose to fame in 2015 as the main vocalist of the girl group GFRIEND, earning praise for her powerful voice and unique tone. She made her solo debut in 2022 with the mini-album [REC.], taking an active role in writing and composing to showcase her artistry, and continued to expand her sound with her follow-up release [O]. In 2025, YUJU signed with AT AREA and began a new chapter in her career. That August, she released her third mini-album [In Bloom].
