For African EDM, one of those names is REBELLE. Her story is not one of shortcuts. Since a few years she’s been chiseling her place behind the decks, approaching music as healing and rebellious. She recently started producing her own music under her previous dj name; Inkedrebelle Her sets and music blends, the soul of Afrohouse and the drive of Afrotech - each mix is a reminder that African Electronic Music is not only a genre but a living breathing language. Therefore creating her own event,”CORE DEEP”: Her goal is to let people experience the depth of AfricanEDM for anyone who's open to it. The genres she showcases are Afrohouse, Afrotech and Deephouse. It's a new concept for her, but something she’s been thinking about for a few years now. Besides letting people experience it, she also want the underground producers who are also DJs to showcase their own music.
