Disco Neil

Disco Neil, born Neil Dyer, is a Miami based producer, engineer, DJ, and cultural builder whose work has helped shape contemporary Caribbean and global music. Known for his technical precision and deep connection to sound system culture, he established himself early as a reliable studio presence while working under legendary producer Salaam Remi at Instrument Zoo Studios in Miami, Florida Disco Neil’s production and engineering credits span dancehall, hip hop, R&B, Afrobeats, and pop, with collaborators including Nas, Amy Winehouse, Wizkid, Sean Paul, Vybz Kartel, Shenseea, Rema, Major Lazer and Stefflon Don. His work appears on internationally recognized releases such as Amy Winehouse’s Lioness Hidden Treasures, which reached triple platinum status in the United Kingdom, Wizkid’s Made in Lagos, certified gold in the United States, and Shake It to the Max, which earned platinum certification in France and gold certifications across multiple international markets. Outside the studio, Disco Neil is a two time International Red Bull Culture Clash champion, winning in Kingston, Jamaica in 2019 and Brooklyn, New York in 2024. Alongside Silent Addy, he co-founded Bashment Events, Bashment Sound and Bashment Records, building a platform that supports artist driven releases and amplifies Caribbean music worldwide. His work continues to focus on longevity, cultural integrity, and global reach.
