Helena Basilova

Pianist Helena Basilova is quickly gaining recognition as a deeply dedicated interpreter and performer. Recent performances have garnered praise for her beautiful tone and for playing 'Sensitively and with flair ' (The New York Times). Born in Russia, Helena Basilova has spent most of her life in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and is a performer of international reach who has played recitals throughout Europe, the US, South America and Asia. More recently, Helena performed Scriabin's 9th Sonata at Carnegie Hall- New York City and Shostakovich's Second Piano Concerto at Symphony Space.
