Dan Tsoumbou 's district artistry weaves together textures of 1970s soul, neo soul, alternative R&B And jazz, creating sounds that feel both nostalgic and modern. He is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer based in Marseille, France. Growing up in Gabon, music was always his passion. At 17, he taught himself guitar and 3 years later he made the move to France. During the pandemic, Dan began writing his own songs, honing his production skills and defining his musical identity. Now performing solo and also with his band, he has begun building a community in Marseille through live shows. Outside of his personal projects, Dan Tsoumbou has expanded his creative reach by writing for others and collaborating with artists around Marseille's growing R&B scene.
