The South Carolina-born artist has graced Broadway stages (Illinoise), performed as a rapper with Freestyle Love Supreme in Las Vegas, written and produced under super-producer Stargate, and holds a degree in classical piano, which he puts to work as a musical director for artists across genres. Music is truly his life. In 2024, Manny released the self-produced single "Go Me" in the wake of his father's sudden passing - a deliberate act of defiance against grief. Rather than retreating inward, he made a choice: lean into joy, lean into movement, and refuse to let the darkness win. Woke Up Golden, his co-project with producer Peter Verdell, is the full realization of that choice. Conceived as "an album that can shift your vibrations if you're feeling low," it's a collection of songs about joy, momentum, and getting out of your own head - built from a deeply personal place, but made for everyone. Bright, kinetic, and immediate, this is music that moves and takes you with it.
