Formed by Tom Noir in 2017 in Pensacola, Florida, October Noir solidifies the path into the genres of Goth, Doom, Rock, and Metal. Drawing from various influences such as Type O Negative, The Cure, HIM, Lycia, Danzig, My Dying Bride, and Sisters of Mercy in order to create a thundering, deep, and dark resonance found in the naturistic platforms of pain, love, death, and spirituality. Joined by Tyler Fleming, Doug Lane and Trey Ozinga, the band set out in September of 2018 to share to the masses.
