Mamani Keïta
Winner of the best soloist prize in the commune of Bamako during the 1982 Artistic Biennial, Mamani Keïta joined the Bamako District Orchestra and the National Badema after. Spotted by famous Malian singer Salif Keïta, he hired her as a chorister and took her to France in 1987 to accompany him on his concerts. Since then, Mamani Keïta has been involved in many prestigious collaborations and projects with various musicians : Hank Jones, Mathieu Chedid, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Manu Dibango, Salif Keita, Arat Kilo etc
