Aleksandra Demowska-Madejska

Aleksandra Demowska-Madejska- violist, producer. She is a doctor of musical arts . Aleksandra is involved in many avant-garde projects, including being a member of the Hashtag Ensemble. Since 2023, she has been co-directing Contemporary Music Centre - Hashtag Lab in Warsaw. Aleksandra is the winner of the 1st „Zbigniew Frieman” Polish Music Solo Viola Competition in Bydgoszcz, festival Kammmermusikfestival “Allegro Vivo” in Horn, a finalist of the “Concorso Internazionale 10 Musica da Camera di Gaetano Zinetti” in Verona As a soloist musician, she has performed, at such festivals as: the 14th Svatováclavský Hudební Festival, 5 Prague Clarinet Days, 10 H. Górecki Days in Katowice, 43 "Evenings at Telemann", 37 Warsaw Music Meetings or 5 Clarimania Festival in Wrocław. The following composers dedicated their double concertos to her: Paweł Łukaszewski, Wojciech Błażejczyk, Weronika Ratusińska-Zamuszko, Artur Kroschel, Dawid Pajdzik. She has premiered over 60 solo and chamber new music works. She played as a soloist with the Polish Radio Orchestra, Philharmonic Orchestra in Gorzów, Radom Chamber Orchestra, Silesian Chamber Orchestra, InterCamerata Chamber Orchestra, and Polish Orchestra Sinfonia Iuventus.
