His soundscape builds upon the reggaeton sub-genre Neoperreo, drawing inspiration from the underground queer rave scene in his hometown. axleon’s erotic, tempo-pushing music can best be compared to the works of artists like Safety Trance, MJ Nebreda, Grammy Award-nominated icon Arca, and the producers behind La Goony Chonga. axleon's DJ debut was in 2021 as a reoccurring headline act at the Enchanted Broccoli Forest in the California Bay Area.
