Charles Curtis is an acclaimed cellist and composer specializing in avant-garde, minimalism, and contemporary classical music. Known for close collaborations with pioneers like La Monte Young and Éliane Radigue, he redefines the basic acoustics and physics of the instrument. His deeply contemplative performances bridge the gaps between concert music, drone, and sound art.
