Chica Chica
A nostalgic funk act.
Tracks10
Chica Chica is a trio from the Netherlands spearheaded by bassplayer Judith Renkema. With the release of their self-titled debut album, this outfit presents a musical cocktail inspired by psychedelic cumbia records, film scores and tropical grooves. The sound of reverb laced wah-wah guitars, deep melodic bass lines and exotic rhythms will make you want to sway your hips until the sun comes up.
