Deep Ditch

Deep Ditch je mladá, pražská kapela, zařaditelná do žánru alternativního rocku. Ve tvorbě čerpá zejména z vlivů devadesátých let, prvků shoegazu a post-punku. Jejich písně nicméně nejsou pouhými kytarovými excesy, jak je u výše zmíněných žánrů zvykem - jsou stavěny na líbivých vokálních melodiích zpěvačky Marie Sládkové. Po úspěchu jejich třech singlů vydala kapela 22. května 2026 jejich debutové EP, Dazzled, vytvořené ve spolupráci s producenty Štěpánem Bínou (The Silver Spoons) a Magadlénou Fendrychovou (Kvietah). Dazzled shrnuje jejich nejranější tvorbu a obsahuje nejen alt-rockové hymny, jako Lights in the Dark, ale i modernější skladby, jako akustické As the Sun Sets. ////////EN//////// Deep Ditch is a promising alternative-rock act from Prague. Their main influences are the nineties - in all their glory - and elements of shoegaze and post-punk. Their songs aren't just guitar drivel, as one might expect from the above-mentioned genres; they're based on lead singer Marie Sládková's radio-ready, captivating vocal melodies. After the success of their first three singles, the band released their debut EP, Dazzled on May 22nd 2026. The EP was recorded alongside producers Štěpán Bína (of @The Silver Spoons fame) and Magdaléna Fendrychová (Kvietah). Dazzled is comprised of their earliest tracks and includes not only grunge anthems such as Lights in the Dark, but also more modern-leaning tracks, such as the acoustic As the Sun Sets.
