Dengin Ceyhan was born in Antakya in 1991. He started piano lessons at the age of 8. In 2002, he passed the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory special talent exam and started to his piano education with Prof. Dr. Binnur Ekber. In 2008, he studied with İdil Biret in the Piano Masterclass organized by Academia Akcan. Between 2008-2009, he also studied with Kemal Gekiç, Daniel Gortler, Stephen Gutman, Gülsin Onay, Alexander Madzar, Emre Elivar, Misha Dacic in “Bodrum Gümüşlük Eklisia Music Festival” where Gülsin Onay was the art consultant. In 2011, he accompanied in Opera Masterclass with Helga Dorsch which is organised by Baskent University. In 2014, he took part in the jury of the “ 11th Czerny Competition” organized by Sevda Cenap And Foundation. After graduating from Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory in 2012, he started to work as a lecturer at the same conservatory. He attended the accompaniment lessons in Wind and Percussion Instruments Department, Theater Department and Opera Department in the university. Between 2019 and 2020, he taught in Bilkent University early music education and Ankara University Faculty of Language, History and Geography - Theater Department. After completing his Bachelor’s Degree, he successfully passed the Master's entrance exams and graduated from Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Piano Department in 2019 as a master student. In May 2019, he recorded his first album called "Dengin Plays Pentagram".
Dengin Ceyhan plays classical piano and chamber music, celebrated for blending traditional Anatolian melodies with sophisticated acoustic arrangements.
