Josefina Dusk makes bratty sci-fi fetish synth pop that meditates upon the beauty and horror of existence. She spent her teenage years being an actress in the Czech republic before coming to London in search of esoteric knowledge. Under London’s uncaring stare she worked at hotels and charity shops, all while busking on the streets of Camden. Then to her dismay she began having panic attacks. They were so regular and debilitating she could no longer work at all. It seemed liked the future had been taken from her. Her search for Heaven had led her to Hell. Trapped inside she had nothing but time. A cheap USB keyboard, a new meditation practice, lots of cigarettes, a love of bombastic fashion and conversations about Stoic sages. Five tracks about paradise, purgatory and Fashion in an uncaring cosmos.
